The Source Team
The Source machine has a lot of moving parts. In addition to all the great sales and service staff, there are equally great people behind the scenes keeping things running smoothly. Every member of the Source team is crucial to the success of our business, and we are excited to highlight a deserving employee.
As a matter of fact, one of those people is our Online Customer Service Coordinator,
Cathy Coppin. She is known as the wizard behind the digital curtain!
Cathy plays a key role in Source’s online presence. She answers customer chats through our
website and ensures that web orders flow smoothly to our sales staff. Amazingly, she does this all from her desk in Calgary! She’s an unseen but vital component in Source’s outstanding customer service. The staff here at source, (and our customers) appreciate her work every day.
Cathy’s favourite things — aside from answering Source-related questions — include pizza, cute animals, and advocating for Bring Your Dog to Work Day (all things we can get behind, by the way).
