The staff were outstanding. They are the perfect blend of offering help and advice. They are completely non pushy. They don't try to upsell. They just want you to enjoy and try the products and find what's best for you. Really impressed with the products too. Needed a new chair for working from home, and honestly there wasn't a single chair there that wasn't comfortable. It was just a matter of perfect feel, which I found in the mid back mesh, which has a ton of adjustable knobs that the staff showed me how to use. Top notch chairs with great service where they leave you alone to just sit and test chairs for as long as you like. Oh, and the prices are very reasonable.
