We understand your delivery needs better than anyone. That’s why our delivery services accommodate your unique requirements. We handle your order with the utmost care, ensuring your items arrive safely and on time. Taking your availability and space restrictions in mind, our delivery team ensures your products are not only delivered to your home or office, but to the exact room or area your products are going to be used in.

What to Expect After You’ve Placed an Order

1. Once your order is placed, our sales team will contact you to confirm delivery dates and times that work best for you. We aim to deliver in-stock products to locations in our service areas within 3 business days, and our standard delivery service takes place between Monday to Friday.
2. On the day of delivery, we will call you with a 4-hour window between 8am and 5pm so you know when to expect your order to arrive.

Based on your desired delivery location, additional freight and handling charges may apply depending on your proximity to our service areas.

Due to our expansive product line, some items may be backordered or delayed.

We do not deliver outside of Canada.

After-Hours Delivery

If you need your order delivered outside our standard delivery days and time window, we’re happy to offer after-hours delivery at a more convenient time for you. Depending on your location and desired delivery time, there may be additional costs for your order to be delivered after hours. Please contact your nearest Source Office Furniture location to learn more.

Warehouse Pickup

With warehouse pickup, you can get your order faster at no additional cost. Simply select the pickup option at checkout or let your furniture specialist know you’d like to pick up. Depending on the size of your order, in-stock products can be ready for same-day pickup on orders placed before 12pm local time. We will notify you when your order is ready.

Upon arriving at one of our pickup locations, please let one of our team members know that you are picking up an order.

What to Bring

• Photo ID to match the name on the order
