We had a desk delivered and assembled on Mon., April 20th. When the person who came in to assembly the desk opened the box it was discovered that the top was damaged. As per his instructions, he assembled the desk so that it could be used until we have a replacement top shipped to us.
This afternoon two gentlemen came with the replacement top, re-assembled the desk,, very quickly. They were quick, efficient, friendly, did a great job and even cleaned the desk and tidied up around where they worked before leaving. Just wanted to let you know that Danny & Ron did a great job and were very professional. Thanks for your help.
