Claims for shortages or damaged goods must be reported to your sales consultant within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
Source Office Furnishings will retain title to and ownership of the goods until payment has been received in full. Source reserves the right to charge interest at the rate of 1 1/2% per month (or the maximum allowed by law) on any overdue amounts.
In the event that Source Office Furnishings decides, at its sole discretion, to use the services of a collection company or lawyer to collect past due amounts, then all reasonable costs associated with collection will be due to Source in addition to the principal and interest.
You may return any unused item (in its original packaging) within 30 days of receipt. Our return procedure is as follows:
- Contact the Source Office Furniture location where the product was purchased.
- Provide your invoice number and reason for return.
- Goods must be in new condition, unassembled, and in the original packaging with UPC code if applicable.
- With prior authorization, goods will be accepted for return within 30 days of purchase, for an exchange, credit, or full refund
- All returns are subject to a restocking fee.
