Can I order online?
You can place an order online but we do not accept online payments at this time. To ensure we get your order right the first time, we refaq your order prior to shipping. A salesperson will contact you to confirm your order, collect payment and arrange delivery or pick up.
Do you accept returns?
You may return any unused item (in its original packaging) by observing the following procedure within 30 days of receipt:
- Contact the Source Office Furniture location where the product was purchased from.
- Provide your invoice number and reason for return.
- Goods must be in new condition, unassembled and in the original packaging with UPC code.
With prior authorization, goods will be accepted for return, within 30 days of purchase, for an exchange, credit, or full refund.
Do you guarantee or offer a warranty on your office furniture?
We stand behind our products. All of the products we sell offer extensive warranties, most of which are limited lifetime warranties to ensure years of trouble free use. Do you offer delivery? How long does it take to receive my order?
With the largest distribution centers in Canada, Source endeavors to ship stocked product to our customers within three business days. However, because of the large number of items we carry, occasionally we are back ordered on some products. Do you price match or have a pricing guarantee?
Yes! Our Real Value Guarantee: We gladly meet or beat any of our competitors pricing on similar products. Please provide your sales consultant with proof in the form of an ad copy or online ad. Items must be in-stock and/or available for delivery.
How do I order and purchase office furniture from Source?
You can place an order online by adding your selections to your shopping cart and a sales representative will contact you to confirm you order, process your payment and arrange for pick up or delivery and/or installation. If you prefer to see, touch or test drive our office furniture, please visit your local store

How do I submit a claim?
Claims for shortages or damaged goods must be reported to your sales consultant within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Contact your local store
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on the distance between the customers address and our store. Shipping rates will be provided by a salesperson when they refaq the order with you and prior to payment being processed. For more information Find Your Store
I have just placed my order. When can I expect my delivery?

What are your payment terms?
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or cheque. However, we will only accept payment by credit card to a maximum of $5,000 per transaction, or multiple transactions made at the same time. With approved credit, corporate clients may pay by cheque or wire transfer within 30 days of invoice date. Leasing may also be arranged OAC through third party leasing company.
Title to and ownership of the goods shall remain in Source Office Furnishings name until payment has been received in full. Source reserves the right to charge interest at the rate of 1 1/2% per month (or the maximum allowed by law) on any overdue amounts. In the event Source Office Furnishings determines, at its sole discretion, to use the services of a collection company or lawyer to collect past due amounts, then all reasonable costs associated with collection will be due to Source in addition to the principal and interest.
What is your pricing policy?
All published prices are subject to change without notice; orders will be billed at prices prevailing at date of order. Our prices as shown are exclusive of HST, GST and PST.
