Source Office Furnishings is seeking applications from qualified individuals for the position of Delivery and Service Coordinator at our Burnaby store location. This is a full-time position. The Delivery and Service Coordinator is responsible for confirming deliveries by email and telephone, taking credit card payments, rescheduling deliveries when necessary, and working with customers to schedule elevator bookings/times when necessary. This role also includes taking calls/emails from customers with service related issues, warranty claims, damages, missing parts, lost keys, etc., and scheduling/entering the service orders. Main Responsibilities: Coordinate Installations
  • Communicate with the delivery team and contractors to arrange the installation of office furniture as per customer availability and requests
  • Follow up with the sales representative responsible for the sale regarding any issues, concerns, or changes
  • Maintain the delivery, installation and service schedule to ensure the efficiency and organization of the various teams involved
Coordinate Deliveries and Service
  • Organize the deliveries and/or repair of office furniture by contacting the customer to understand their needs and subsequently coordinating with the Service Technician by relaying critical details
  • Address and resolve customer service issues via phone, email or in person
  • Responsible for printing and organizing all paperwork for stock transfers to other Source locations
  • Other administrative duties as may be assigned

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma minimum
  • 1-2 years of office coordination experience required
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Clean, professional appearance and exceptional customer service skills (on phone, email and in person)
Rate of Pay: $17.50/Hour
