In 1984 some young men from Vancouver ventured out and opened Econowise Office Furniture – and then spent the next 30 years supplying consumers with quality, commercial grade office furniture.
In the 1990’s, our business expanded under the name Source Office Furniture & Systems. Whether known as Source, Econowise, or Source-Econowise, one thing remained the same: our customers could count on quality products and service from a company they could trust. Source never bought out Econowise – those same Vancouverites are still the principles and major decision makers.
When the company passed the quarter century anniversary, we celebrated our commitment to our valued customers, we came to the decision to use one name for our entire company – Source Office Furnishings.
The Source name better reflects our expanded product line, quality products, outstanding value, and excellent customer service.
We have retained several employees for the majority of those years, maintained the same corporate philosophy and will continue to offer our customers the same great values in office furniture and systems just as we have for 30 years!
